Calculator inputs
All calculators on IronEval run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The values you enter — body weight, lifts, measurements, age and similar — are processed locally on your device. They are never transmitted to our servers, stored, or shared. When you close the page, they are gone.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are popular and which countries visitors come from. GA4 collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, using cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Advertising
We display advertising provided by Google AdSense to keep all tools free.
